lost to orange

it was lame. i couldnt even see the disc on the last point. it was like 9 PM.

i snuck into warren racquet again. i swear those people dont even care if ur a member or not. this time i just walked right past them. i did the same workout as last time except no abs. damn they were sore from that last workout. i wish i could keep the increase in muscle when/after i work out. i feel like i lose all that afterwards.

8 reps X 3 = dumbbell press 45 lb eahc
6 reps X 2 = shoulder 35 lb
8 reps = shoudler 30 lb
8 reps X 2 = seated press 120 lb
8 reps X 2 = shoulder lifts 15 lb each
8 reps X 3 = incline dumbbell press 35 lb each
"21" X 2 = 40 lb bar
8 reps X 3 = shoulder machine 90 lb
8 reps X 3 = fly press 60lb
8 reps X 3 = triceps 65 lb
