new workout schedule

tuesday - YMCA lift, skylands
thursday- YMCA lift, skylands
friday- YMCA swim
saturdayORsunday- WRC lift

im going to try really hard to adhere to this schedule. i have to lift 3X a week and swim once.

first day of work was decent. the thing about working fast and efficiently is that when i do, my boss gives me more work, so i usually work at about a 40% rate.
